My husband and I stayed for one night on our way to Canada. The outside of the hotel was nice, although I felt it was in a shady location but that might have been because it was the off season. The outside fooled me into thinking the insidr would be super nice, the inside is run down and just has a cheesy tourist feel. Which I'm sure for the area is ok. The employee that we dealt with was super nice and even called upstairs to make sure we were settled in and the room was ok. The bed was a little soft and the furniture seemed outdated. The hotel offered a free breakfast which was very good. The hotel is also in walking distance of some local shops and our room had a view of the Mackinac Bridge. Overall a nice stay!
