First visit. Sat down, immediately served water with the menus. Ten minutes later, still no waiter. Waiter arrives, we place entire order (app, salad, entree, bottle of wine). Salads arrive quickly, but no wine. We ordered a *bottle* of wine, not just a glass. Tried to flag the waiter, but he was walking very fast. I suggest to my wife that we should wait for the wine before eating our salads. Wine finally shows up. Ten minutes later, I say to my wife "I have a bad feeling about my appetizer....". Sure enough, entrees arrive. Waiter is called over, he expresses surprise that the app never made it and goes to check with the kitchen. He comes back and very sincerely admits his mistake, offers to bring it out then. I tell him that the timing of the entire meal has been off kilter, from the wine to the app, etc. Manager swings by to make things right, offers a dessert on the house, which was nice. I had winter squash risotto, which was excellent. Wife had a butternut squash entree, which she said was excellent. We'll try the place again.
