“Good Food and Great Beer.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2014

I've been here twice and haven't been disappointed yet. The food is typical pub grub, but high quality pub grub with very generous portions. The beer is the real draw though. This is where the experimental, not in stores, production occurs. The beers are great, but sadly only 3 of the standard Bell beers, and I think one of the experimental ones were available for growler sales. The growler station is new and wasn't there in 2013 when I was there the first time.

The patio is great in warm weather, but you need to grab a few beers when you're in line at the bar. I don't know why but that line moves very slowly.

“The food is good, but go for the beer”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014 via mobile

The menu is a little limited, but the food is mainly barbeque and overall, above average. Bell's is really a great place to go for awesome (well priced) beers and some of Larry Bell's experimental stuff. Great atmosphere, good outdoor space.

“Worst service ever, good beer”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2014

Seriously?! That is how you treat customers? If you want just a beer plan on waiting in line 20 min...lol ..so if you want two beers you buy one then go stand back in line. They have a nice outdoors area. . But no servers out there! Total amateur.... or maybe snobbery? Seriously people...Go anywhere and I mean anywhere but this place and order a Bells from where you are treated like a real person. I'd give this a ZERO if I could. .. But the beer makes it a 1.

“Gotta visit Bell's....”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2014

A little busy but lots of seating inside and out.
Don't overlook the upstairs seating or the outside courtyard.
Usual ordering at the bar with very nice staff behind it which moved quickly.
Very good hot dog and many beers on tap.

“Great Beer”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2014

Bell's has always been on my list of breweries to visit and I was not disappointed. We went in March, sat outside and enjoyed all the different beers on offer. It gets really crowded, so I wouldn't bet your day on a server coming around. We didn't eat here, just drank and it was great. Payed $3.50 for a pint of Oberon. Incredible!
