I stayed at this Days Inn on the night of March 4th 2013. The room was clean and even had a separate room that was like a "living room" with chairs, desk and television. The rate seemed decent but the hotel seriously needs updating. There are cracks in the walls, the floors creak, the windows are drafty and let a lot of noise in, caulking in some areas was old and gross, very old carpeting, stains on the furniture and wallpaper from the 80's.
They do accept pets but you have to pay $10 extra (no big deal). The problem is... if you pay for a pet... they will put you in the worst rooms they have (so why the extra charge?). We stayed in room 322 on the top floor closest to the hi-way and the stairwell. It was so noisy that I only got about an hour of interrupted sleep. The sound of the trucks and cars rolling down the highway are about 2/3's as loud as standing outside. I would give this hotel 3 stars but don't you think at MINIMUM a person should be able to get a little sleep when the pay for a hotel room? Afterall... isn't this whole whole premise of renting a room? i will never go back and I would recommend that you don't either.
