It's a great place for before a show, because service is always responsive. The atmosphere is boring, but the food is reliably very good (not excellent), and the menu offers something for every one. The servers are always friendly and helpful. Every time we go, we remind ourselves that it really is better than many of the other local places, and we know that we can always get in without a reservation.

We eat out at the Amway restaurants often and Love Cygnus and the 1913 room. My husband and I wanted to take our father to a nice relaxing dinner so we brought him to Benthams. From the start the service was horrible. Table had to be cleared, wait staff was not enthusiastic or helpful when it came to the menu and it was not busy at all. Considering that, every dish that was brought out had been mixed up, meals were undercooked, salads had rotten tomatoes in them, coffee was way too strong ect. This was definitely a meal gone wrong. All of us were done while the undercooked meals were finally brought out. We all got free dessert but our waitress did nothing to remedy the situation. We did have one server name Sonya who was "outstanding" but all the others are not very good. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. If anything go to Cygnus or another restaurant in the hotel who has better service.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary with a dinner at Bentham's and were again very pleased with our experience. I had the Artichoke Stuffed Spinich Ravioli and she had the House Smoked Grilled Pork Chop. Both dishes were nice portions and were truly amazing. We will definately come back again... and again.

I had brunch here, at a window-side table, and enjoyed it tremendously. The waitress was very professional and responsive. I had the Southwestern eggs Benedict, which was unusual and tasty.
