We went for one day to the waterpark. We live in Michigan and wanted to do something fun. Upon our arrival, we were greeted very warmly by the front desk. We arrived in the late AM expecting to pay for the full day. After having a lovely conversation with the reception people about nothing to do with the waterpark, she graciously reduced the charge to the half day rate! I am a firm believer in always treating people the way you want to be treated and I have had very good success with it for the most part. The waterpark is great for younger kids (0-10). We went with our 6 month , 3 year old and 8 and 9 year old niece and nephew. All of them had a great time including the baby! It is pretty small, so I can see it being a little uncomfortable on crowded days. We were there on a full but not packed day on the weekend. Very comfortable for us as we were able to find seats for everyone and not have to stand in any long lines to get on the slides. The life guards on duty are watching every ride, so I felt very safe and secure. There were plenty of towels to use and the facilty was very clean. We did eat on site, and what we ordered was very good. I did notice the stronger than usual chlorine smell talked about in earlier reviews, but didn't find it irritating to me or any of the kids. Some people are probably more sensitive to it than us I guess. All in all it was a great place to visit for the day and we will definately be back.
