“Short move, less waiting.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2014

This restaurant moved a few doors from its previous location. At this place there were no long lineups and waiting. We (2) ordered a "main" and a "sweet" dish to split them between us. They provided with the extra plates etc. for the splitting. Both dishes were tasty and the split dishes were enough.

“Great Selection”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2014

This restaurant has a great selection of both sweet and savory crepes, so there is something for everyone! I had the Melinda which was a very good sweet crepe. The service was quick and they bring them out as they are finished, not all at once if you have a group, to make sure they are hot when you get them. The new location is bigger and much nicer. I didn't get to try their drink menu this time around, but I am looking forward to it for next time!

“Skip it!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2014 via mobile

I just had lunch at Good Girls and had to write to keep people from making the same mistake. As a previous poster noted, the restaurant is inadequately heated. I am very rarely cold but I was uncomfortable. We noticed the menu on the wall so knew what we wanted. We suspected we were in trouble when the people at the table next to us cancelled their order and left but thought, "Hey, let's go for it-the lunch crowd is thinning." That was a mistake. We flagged one of the 3 staff that we saw and put in our order. 40 minutes later (I am not exaggerating) the server apologized and said our order had "flown away." We repeated the order (we ordered the same thing for heaven's sake). When it finally arrived (the Vera), the crepe was irregularly cooked (crispy in places, doughy in others), the boursin cheese was gloppy and cold, and the bacon was undercooked so we left it. To make amends, they offered a dessert crepe but we obviously declined. The concept is sound but the execution was a disaster. It's really too bad.

“If you like crepes, you'll want to try this place”

We enjoyed delicious dessert crepes in a pleasant French restaurant. Good location near Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit Historical Museum, and Public Library

“Great Crepes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2014

The food at Good Girls was very good when we visited. We tried one of the sweet crepes and one savory, both were delicious. My only criticism was that when we went it was packed and the wait was excessively long. Not really much they could do about that, but just be aware that it could be a concern.
