This museum is a special destination with so much to offer; it was a visual treat. It really takes two days to enjoy everything to be found in this one floor museum. A few of the things my wife and I most enjoyed was seeing the actual chair president Lincoln was sitting in, in Ford's Theater when he was shot; and the display of presidential limousines dating back to Teddy Roosevelt's horse drawn buggy, including the one in which president Kennedy was shot. This museum has so much to offer of an historical consequence that it should be visited by children from junior high school up, and all adults interested in historical machines, including air planes, trains, and armament going back to the turn of the 19th century.
