Quiet restaurant with very serious, unsmiling staff. We have gone here before because of their vegetarian menu and their sign in front advertises healthy food. The vegetable spring rolls had the chewiest cabbage that we chewed and chewed but it was so fibrous we didn't want to swallow it whole. We selected General Tso's Chicken (soy) and a dish with a white sauce, celery, pea pods and (soy) chicken. General Tsos had a great sweet sauce with lots of broccoli. The soy meat was pretty chewy but had a great flavor. The second dish had more celery than I cared to have, but the pea pods were delicious and the sauce was enjoyable. The soy chicken was untreated and tasted like it needed a breaded coating or something different. We have been there a year ago and liked our food much better and found the wait staff pleasant. Perhaps it was an off day..
