We have been going to Culvers for about 5 years now.
Best custard in the world, best value.
But it appears in the last year, their burgers are "getting thinner", and price is going up.
These are fast food restrurants, yet, their pricing(along with their competitors) are going insanely "upward". How does one feed their children in a place with these prices?
Two people walk out with a 16 dollar bill, and you could go eat at a "mom and pop restrurant in the area for far less. Plus you get better food for you, and enough to take home in a doggie bag.
The other thing, it appears the Cadillac location staff, "always messes up SOMEONES order. We stopped going after 4 visits "in a row" were messed up...
Even going "inside to eat", someone (sometimes 2 ) had to walk back up and get "their order fixed".
Fo buy the time you get "back to join your friends", they are "finished eating". Oh, may I mention, "sometime the "second try" was wrong AGAIN!
So either management has to "improve", they need to start "having meeting" for "better listening" to customer orders.
Secong try, (and your meal "should be FREE".
Yes, portions are definitly getting smaller, as pricing increases.
