I stayed at Agape in July for a weekend. Staying at Agape reminded me of home. The warmth and the comfort exceeded my expectations. There are very few places that make you feel at home and Agape is one of them.
Being a vegetarian can be tough while traveling, but John and Melissa catered to my needs. Another aspect of my stay that I really enjoyed was the conversations at the breakfast table. From religion to politics the conversations were stimulating.
Overall I enjoyed my stay at this bed and breakfast in the heart of cape. I look forward to my next visit there and highly recommend the place.

We stayed at the Agape for 2 nights during a tour of New England. We stayed in the Mustard Seed room on the first floor at the front of the house. We loved the feel of the place, the breakfasts were great and served to you each morning. There were only 2 problems, that the house is on a main road which although quietens down in the evening is busy during the day. When we stayed it was Independence Day weekend though and Melissa, the owner said that made the traffic extra bad. The only other thing was that you couldn't lock your bedroom door. I am trusting enough to allow that, when we were there only 3 of the 5 rooms were occupied, but my husband had a problem with that.

We enjoyed our stay and the place is spotless. The owners have a pre-prepared list of where to visit on Cape Cod, we could have stayed there much longer.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Agape in July 2003 for a wedding. The room was very comfortable and clean, with antique furniture and "old house charm" such as slanting floorboards. The breakfasts were original and tasty- but not the normal breakfast fare if that is what you are looking for. The innkeepers were very nice and talkative, and very willing to help with information about the Cape- restaurants, things to do, beaches etc. They also were accomodating with special requests- my boyfriend is allergic to feathers so they removed the feather bed topper on the mattress for us. I would recommend it as a lovely bed and breakfast in a convenient location, with a real Cape Cod feel.
