I've been here twice. This is the experience on my second visit.
First, it isn't hard to find. It's called Jacks Outback for a reason. It's outback of the main buildings by the road where your GPS tells you it's located. When you get back there via a little road, it looks like someone's house. Don't worry, you're in the right place.
Three of us arrived around 10:30 AM, the place was full but we only waited about 10 mins. There is crumb cake available for you to eat while you wait.
There are menus on the table and the prices are very reasonable. $5.95 for a huge breakfast - eggs, toast, home fries, & sausage. Our waitress was extremely friendly. Two guys cook all the food, which can be seen from the dining area. With a full dinig room, we didn't wait long at all.
Now, the food. It's good. Outstanding? Not exactly. But it's very good and worth going here just on the value alone. You can't beat it. Everything we got was fresh, and tasted as you would expect. The popover is not as good as it looks, but I was definitely satisfied walking out. It can get a bit warm in there, but they do turn the AC on, so not to worry.
All in all, Jacks is really good. I'll come here every time I go to the cape. I have to recommend it. Stop by!
