We stayed here many times (at least 10) when our child attended Williams College. It was always clean & quiet; the staff was pleasant and helpful.

I;ve stayed in very high end hotels in many parts of the country and have found that often, in the mid to cheaper range, you don't know what to expect. The Willows was very comfortable -- better mattresses and pillows than I've found in many more expensive hotels; and exceptionally clean (important to me) with no musty smells or l'odeur de pine sol. More nicely appointed than txpected as well. A big plus -- no crappy "art" on the walls (ha ha). Owned by a lovely, friendly family. Free little continental breakfast in the morning. We really liked it here. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a high-quality good-priced and pleasant place to stay in Williamstown and/or northern Berkshires area - consider Willows Motel. Just within walking distance of Williams College and Spring Street, Willow Motel has it all - the beds were totally comfortable, everything was spotless, the free breakfast was pleasant and plentiful and the management was so nice and accommodating.
Highly recommended.

We love to travel ,so i search the internet to get the best vaule ,and we come to pick the willwos motel ,has we read the reviews ,we got there about 12.00 noon and check in is not intill 1;00 but a very nice man came out .and checked us right in ,told us that breakfast in the am and had some candy in bowls that he offered nice treat , office clean .are room was 10 2 double beds ,nice airy big room ,new tv ,snacks in room i love to snack and watch tv ,room was very clean ,had coffee pot nice has we love coffee ,had a wonderful stay will stay again when we are in the area ,and housekeeping very helpful and nice ,
