“Great Motel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2013

Each year we visit our son, who attends MCLA,several times a year and we stay at the Willows Motel. Paul and his wife Preet, who run this charming motel, go out of their way to insure comfort and hospitality., Prices are great, morning breakfast plentiful and smiles are aplenty. If you are looking for a clean, friendly and secure place to stay over I recommend this Motel.

I recently traveled with my high school cross country running team to The Berkshires/ Williamstown. I was nervous how any small motel would feel about having 16 high school kids staying the night, but Paul went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. Free candy upon arrival, incredibly friendly at all times and accommodating even when the kids repeatedly locked their keys inside their rooms. All in all, Paul was an amazing host and I'm sure he would make anyone, or any group feel welcome.

The rooms were nice. Clean, plenty of space, comfortable beds. It was probably the most space these kids ever had on a school trip. Free breakfast was perfect for this large group. The motel is close to town so it was easy to get everywhere we needed.

If we do this trip again, I would definitely come back to stay here with my team. A great experience!

I can't say enough about Paul and Preet, the owners of the Willows. My son and I have stayed there on several occasions and every time has been a wonderful experience. Paul has gone out of his way to accommodate any and all of our needs in order to make our stays the best that they can be.
We just spent Canadian Thanksgiving there in their little cottage which is charming, private and cosy.
The location is perfect right on the main street in walking distance to many amenities. 15 minutes to North Adams, 30 minutes to Pittsfields.

Staying at the Willows when I'm in town is like visiting old friends.

Rooms are comforting and affordable. The area is beautiful. This motel is two minutes down the road from Williams college. Every morning there is an amazing selection of food in the lobby for you to enjoy. Most of all, every employee is happy to make sure your happy. You just have to be careful because you get all this free candy inside the lobby! I will definitely come back.

My husband and I have stayed at the Willows one or two times a year for six or seven years. We always find a clean, comfortable room at very reasonable rates, and make use of the microwave and refrigerator. With a comfortable bed and breakfast in the morning, this motel leaves nothing to be desired.

Whenever I come to the Berkshires to visit my son, a student-athlete basketball player at MCLA, the Willows is always the select choice. You get the best of both worlds in the hub of Williamstown and North Adams a hop, skip and a jump away. I've had numerous stays at the Willows, and every time the owner is very hospitable and accommodating which makes the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. A quality breakfast every morning and cozy, clean and spotless rooms add to the true ambiance of this establishment. The trip from New Jersey (3 hours) is always enjoyable knowing that a wonderful stay at the Willows is awaiting. NJ Pete

From the minute I checked in, I knew it was a motel that is well-run. Many small business owners could learn much from these owners & how to run a business to be proud of. It's clean and well-kept. They know their scene very well (as they should) and impart that information to their visitors, which made my stay smooth. The location is unmatched...it's a quick walk to all the places I wanted to go. You needn't use your car once you arrive. Coffee along with a few options for breakfast is served in the morning but if you are looking for more to eat there are restaurants a few steps away.
