Our family of four stayed in a two-bedroom suite and enjoyed our week-long stay. The bedrooms are clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Bathrooms are the same. The kitchen is well-appointed for what we needed, with plenty of glasses and plates for breakfast in the morning and afternoon snacks. We ate out at nights, though our neighbors, who had very young kids, barbecued every night out back. We didn't find the chairs and sofa that comfortable, but that wasn't such a big deal. Housekeeping services daily; they're fairly thorough, though we found one spider in a shower. (There were also a few spiders out on the back porch. Big ones. But what can you do?) The staff is helpful and very friendly.
The walls are thick enough that you can't even tell you have neighbors, though the plumbing and the air conditioner can be a little loud at night. The place did not feel crowded despite being just about at capacity. We spent every afternoon at the pool, which was always in use but never overrun with young kids; the deep end was deep enough (about 11 feet, though it says 10) to keep it a mostly-adult zone.
The complex is far enough from Route 28 that it's a significant walk (heck, no small drive) to pick up any necessities, and there's no restaurant or coffee shop on the grounds, but its location in a secluded residential neighborhood makes it even more laid back. The views of Lewis Bay are picturesque; at night, the moonlight's reflection on the bay was awe-inspiring. The beach is small and full of rocks and shells, but with no waves to speak of -- the bay is very well protected from the ocean, which is what makes that moonlight reflect -- it's not like you're going surfing, anyway. The tide does produce a current, though, which makes rowboating and canoeing interesting when the wind blows.
It was a bit pricey, but with enough of us to split the cost, it wasn't bad, and we were all comfortable and well cared for. In all, we loved it and are considering it for a family reunion at some point.

Yes, there is plenty to keep you busy at the Green Harbor. When you do come again, try bike rentals, that is a very residental neighbor hood and I think you will enjoy the tranquility.
