“Would stay again!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2011

Nice hotel! Didn't get much of a view but that's ok. Nice room, free parking (which really helps), good place to stay. First Courtyard experience! Only wish would be that Marriott would have their Courtyards offering a free breakfast - so many other hotels do and wish they would be more competitive and do so also.

While this hotel is designed for business travelers, my wife and I stayed after attending a game at Fenway Park and we loved it, especially for the price.

We paid $107 for a one-night stay, and it was well worth it. While we were there to sleep (we returned from the game after Midnight and left after breakfast, we were quite impressed with the beautiful, modern room, great bistro cafe (which includes a chef who made a great breakfast for us and brought the breakfast to our table and Starbucks coffee) and the abundance of comfy seating and laptop plug-in ports throughout the lobby. We also took advantage of the "Market", which is a little snack center and had a nice healthy snack of pita chips + hummus + fresh celery. It was a nice surprise when we were hungry at Midnight and thought our only food choices might be a gas station or fast food restaurant.

The hotel is right on I-95, too, making it a convenient place to stay if traveling into Boston or up to New Hampshire.

I've stayed at this Courtyard many times, but my most recent visit seems to be after a renovation of the lobby area. It is big and bright, and includes a cafe, large tv, computers, and plenty of seats. Everything flows together well, and is modern and inviting. I like this hotel because it is convenient to Route 95, Mass Pike, Boston, and the city of Waltham, where there are lots of colleges and restaurants. The hotel features an indoor pool, outdoor patio with fire pit, exercise room, and free wifi. There is a wrap-around parking lot, as well as underground parking. The rooms are a good size, as are the bathrooms. Rooms have a single-serving coffee maker. Rates for this hotel are usually really good. It's a convenient place to stay if you're attending an event in Waltham/Lexington/Burlington, or on your way up to New Hampshire, Maine, or Canada.

Room Tip: High Floor Away from Highway

Nice region around Boston Area. This is exclusively a business trip so not much sightseeing. Clean hotel but a little hot for the season.

I chose this hotel for value, location and the dogs. We were visiting friends and family in the Boston area and this hotel was perfect for our needs. Although it charges $50 - flat fee - for the dogs (we have two) it was well worth it as we stayed three nights.

The people at the hotel were welcoming, our room was huge and clean, and the lobby and breakfast area well designed. Wireless internet was included although it was a bit slow and refused to let certain websites load on my computer.

There is a pool and gym although I did not have a chance to view either. There is also a lovely courtyard (really) although still a bit chilly for use.

Had to stay in Waltham for the night, and wanted a Marriott. I chose Courtyard, based on proximity of the office, and prior reviews. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
Had a king room, very spacious and roomy. Had a desk, couch, and room to move. Bathroom was a good size, bed comfortable. Both wired and wireless were free in the room, and wireless throughout the hotel. Lobby has 2 dedicated Windows computers and printers, and a separate dedicated terminal for printing out airline tickets.
They have a brand new renovated bar area, with drinks, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also have an area where you can purchase snacks and soft drinks.
Location is great, as it's right near I-95 and I-90, and there is a gas station nearby.

All in all, a good stay for the night. If I had to stay a few nights, I would definitively return.

We stayed at this Couryard since it was outside of Boston and offers free parking. The rooms were are decorated, clean and quiet. Since the lobby was ungoing renovation and breakfast was not available in the restaurant, they had a free continental breakfast set up in a conference room. Nice touch! In addition, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay at this property on future visits to the area, especially since they will have Starbucks available in their new bistro when renovations are complete.
