Positives: Clean room. Location right off Route 128. Friendly staff. Free parking. Free WiFi.
Negatives: Breakfast ordinary and over-priced. VERY noisy AC system. Could even hear the unit kick on in an adjacent room. Small bathroom.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The lobby, dining room and bar were beautifully designed and elegant! The staff were very polite, helpful and professional. Our room was clean and cozy. The beds couldn't be any more comfortable. We had a wonderful nights sleep. The Keurig coffee maker and variety of flavored coffee and tea was a very nice morning touch. Highly recommend staying here!

Hotel was way over priced for its location and the fact that you had to pay for breakfast just added to my decision to take Hilton Garden Inn off my stay list. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable but the TV sports stations did not carry some of the playoff games that I wanted to watch. Overall Hilton Garden Inn is not a good value.

This hotel is in a convenient location and it is clean but it had a way to many problems on our visit. We had two rooms. The first night the AC in my daughters room made a loud dripping noise on a metal pan inside. This kept my daughter from getting a good nights sleep. When we told the front desk they switched out rooms and credited us one night stay. The next day when my Wife and I woke up our room had no hot water. We had to take cold showers because it took them a significant amount of time to figure out something was truly wrong with the water heater. They did get it fixed later that day and they credited us one night for this. There is a construction site next to the hotel and the jackhammer at 7:00 am was pretty annoying. The onsite bar and restaurant were convenient and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good. Not sure that I would stay here again. There are better choices close by.

I've stayed in most of the other nearby hotels in Waltham while on business travel, but stayed here for a Saturday night while in town on a house-hunting trip. The people we interacted with at the hotel - especially the front desk attendant - were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well. Our room and bathroom were clean, as were the lobby and hallways. However, I wasn't that impressed with the hotel facilities. The room was small and felt crowded, and the swimming pool was really gross (poorly lit, murky water, dirty towels strewn everywhere, no supply of clean towels). I'm glad we only stayed one night and won't go back. This experience was quite the opposite of what I've come to expect from a Hilton property.

My in-laws & I stayed here for the weekend, for my sister in-law's graduation. Even though the hotel was busy, it was still peacefully quiet & the staff provided amazing service. While there was no "wow" factor, to warrant 5-stars, it was an extremely comfortable place to stay. Also, we couldn't get the wireless to work, so that takes it down to 4 stars, as well.

We were travelling with two grandmothers, one of whom has trouble with memory & is always misplacing things. She lost her room key at one point & the front desk replaced it right away, with no hassle. The other grandmother was supposed to have a disabled shower, but her first room didn't have one, so they switched her room right away and even helped move her luggage.

I forget the man's name at the front desk who was especially helpful, but he had dark hair and helped us check out on Monday, May 18th, if that helps to get him any credit. Definitely recommend this place for anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

Visited the area for one night and wanted a hotel close to the interstate. Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean and nicely decorated, bed was comfortable, very quiet. Would stay again.
