Stayed in Hyatt Place but never tried Hyatt House. Will stick to this chain from now on because of the good services and the suites layout just fit my family's need. We've booked 1BR with separate living room and kitchen for my husband and 2 teenagers. The manager Gary was so nice to upgraded us to a 2 BR suites. The rooms are very clean and kitchen well equipped. Different hot food like ham and bacon were provided in different mornings. Perfect for family.

We've stayed at this Hyatt House three times now and it never disappoints. This time we took a two bedroom suite which was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast and a manager's reception (essentially dinner) are included in the price (the latter only on weekdays) so it is an excellent deal. As we always stay when our son is attending football camp we really appreciate the laundry facilities, pool and gym.

First time at any Hyatt House. Very pleased. We had a 1 BR king-sized suite - with separate LR and a pullout sofa bed, and separate kitchenette. Kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-sized fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and electric stove+oven. Boston in the summer can be expensive - we paid under $100+taxes, and this hotel is only 15 min away from downtown. Very clean, comfortable bed, even the sofabed is quite comfortable, and I'm the type who doesn't sleep well even at home! We didn't use the pool, but I do many kids there in the morning. Free hot breakfast is a step better than other chains like Best Western and Choice Hotels. Breakfast room got quite crowded, and you see the 2 attendants busy keeping the counters clean and refill the hot plates (ham/bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles/french toast) multiple times. Coffee can be better. Someone spilled cereal in the elevator one morning, and was cleaned up within 10 min. There is no icebox on individual floors, so you just take the ice bucket from the freezer in the room, and get ice from the kitchen in the breakfast room. Not sure if it's due to the time of the year (summer), there were a few families in the parking lot letting their young children roam freely, so watch out! The second morning we had a false fire alarm - it took the firemen several minutes (5-10) to get there.....

Was very surprised with our stay with this Hyatt. Everything was good from the moment we got there, until they time we checked out. Room was clean and ready. Exactly as it was described online. Would recommend this Hyatt to anyone who asked.

This Hyatt house was very comfortable for our family vacation to Boston. The only down side is that at this location no drinks were provided. Most Hyatt House locations have beer on tap and wine. The breakfast was ok. Friendly staff although when a request to cool down the 3rd flood nothing was ever done it was hot hot hot.

Wish I could echo similar glowing reviews but the place really does need some sprucing up. The carpets in the halls are so worn & stained & the elevator could benefit from a good washing. The halls smell dank & the odor from pets is really noticeable. The rooms really are not bad & are nicely equipped but housekeeping is lax.
If you are a long term, you can get clean sheets once a week- ok, understandable. Why can't they remember to replace necessities like towels?
Vacuum? I might as well have borrowed one because my request didn't go anywhere. I finally hand picked pieces of stuff off the carpet left behind from previous patrons- potato chips, sunflower seeds, etc. It sure worried me what else I could find.
Thank goodness for a kitchen because the food is not very good & people just grab what there is all at once. It takes considerable time for more food to be set out- then you better be really hungry & really fast to grab whatever mystery food there is before it is gone. Hope this place is due for a rehab soon. Basically not horrible but not great at any rate.

Horrible shuttle service. Consistently delayed and unpredictable. If you are replying on this service, I would strongly recommend not staying here. I stayed here for a business trip and it took me an hour from leaving my room to getting to my office which is 5 minutes away - this is despite booking the shuttle well in advance.
