4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 30, 2013

very basic, but perfectly situated, well priced for what you get.
clean, old and worn, it has the charm of days gone by.
if you are a fussy kind of person, this is not for you.
if you like things uncomplicated and simple, it's a perfect spot to be in.
i would stay here again without any thoughts. if you are a high maintenance
kind of person go look elsewhere. you know who you are.

I have been coming to Whites since I was 6 years old. I was introduced to this paradise as I like to call it from my Aunt and Uncle. Now 26 years later I am still coming back! I have made life long friendships that are filled with so many memories. Our 2 weeks were a pure slice of heaven even as a kid. Most teenagers would give anything to be left at home when there families go away, I was packed and ready to go before they were. For the last 12 years my friends that I met at Whites have been renting our own cottage to enjoy. How many people can say that they met kids at 6 years old on a beach, spent 2 weeks out of the year with them, kept in touch by letters and long distance phone calls and still spend the same weeks together 26 years later. This is the place to take your kids to enjoy a peaceful vacation that will be filled with more memories and happy times for years to come.
Enjoying the sites, surroundings of the coast line, and just being in a place that is warm and friendly is a true vacation. If your looking for the best or a 5 star hotel, stay some place else, this is not for you. If your looking to bring your childhood memories back with sandy floors, older cottages that have the ocean breeze pouring in I suggest you call and make a reservation right away!

Room Tip: The cottages are all set up very diffrent. Call the Bento's and they will tell you what is avai...

My family and I have stayed here every June for the last four years, it's our little slice of heaven on the Cape. These are basic cottages, no frills and no tv. Almost all of them are laid out different, some have a small refrigerator and stove, some just a mini-refrigerator. You are steps from the beach and the trolley into P-Town picks you up right across the street. The rates are very reasonable. This is a great place to relax and unwind!

We have been visiting this rustic yet homey, cottage colony for more than 10 years.
Just pulling into the office parking lot to get our keys from the warm kind Bentos family, has rhe stressors of life roll away.

Openning the door to our cottage (yes, we have a favorite but will not share) feels like returning to an old friend.

Sitting on the red aderondeck chairs overlooking Cape Cod Bay transforms us as we listen to the gulls, watch for the baby ducks swim by and take in the National Seashores beauty.

It doesn't get much better than seeing the lights of Provincetown at night or having a hot cup of coffe on the deck in the solitude in the morning.
If you are looking for sparkle and glamour, White's is not for you.

If you want peace, swimming or fishing in the bay, and just relaxing in such simple beautiful, do not miss one of the best that " ol Cape Cod" has to offer.

A cape codder who visits here!

I have been staying at White Village since I was 9 yrs old now 25 years later I still go back every year. It is the most beautiful location you could find and the lack of tv and phone give you a chance to really get away from the world and take an actual vacation. Everything you need is readily available in the cottage kitchen so you can skip the restaurants and cook at the cottage and eat while watching the waves crash on the beach. You can't get more scenic and the price is right for the location. Every year I go back the same week and the same guests are staying that were there the previous year. Repeat guest loyalty alone speaks volumes for White Village.

Room Tip: Almost all the cottages have the same beautiful bay view, two bedrooms are roomier to store all of y...

Been staying here since 1974!!! There is no place like Beach Point anywhere else on the Cape. Kids loved playing here and making some life long friends. It was wonderful to be without TV or phone and spend some quality family time here. Kids now rent their own cottages and keep coming back. Maria ,John and their family are all wonderful people and truly treat their guests like family. Can't say enough about all the wonderful memories we have made here.

We stayed (by random chance, on a cancellation) in one of the small rooms across the street from the water, but all the chairs and tables out front on the water are shared, and everyone we met was incredibly nice! It was so nice (to us,,, your milage may vary) that we booked two rooms for next summer before we left!
