“Clean and affordable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2014

Excellent hotel for the price. Very clean and close to I-495. We stayed here after a family trip to Canobie Lake Amusement Park. Just 13 miles away. Outdoor pool. Free full breakfast was included. Great for families. We would definitely stay here again.

This is more of a budget hotel like all the fairfield inn's but what separates it from the rest is what all is on offer for the price.

Free breakfast is awesome, the pool is great and the staff are amazingly nice alwas going out of the way to serve.

The downside of having all this for so cheap is that it fills in fast and getting breakfast in the lounge is difficult.

All in all, a good choice for this area.

Room Tip: No gym here although they offer membership at a gym 10 miles away. Not your hotel if you need a gym

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of this hotel. We found it last minute at about 11 pm in rainy darkness and chose it mainly for the price. When we arrived we noticed all kinds of little extras, like a jug of fresh cold citrus water at the front counter for tired travellers. Very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was better than everywhere else we stayed. our only negative comment would be that we prefer queen beds to double and that wasn't an option at this hotel.

Stayed here in May 2014. Wound up with 2 full beds rather than the expected 3 queens or single king. Not sure why. The room was of average size for this price range with the 2 beds, easy chair, decent size desk, TV, Coffee, Etc. There was plenty of light and the fridge was bigger than normal for this sort of hotel which was a nice touch.

However, the Sink area was VERY small. Couldn't help banging elbow on walls when shaving or brushing teeth.

The A/C is thermostat type which is a plus. It is placed under the window which is normal but a very nice feature is that it had a curtain guard. This is a clear plastic thing that diverts the cold air into the room at a 45 degree angle and away from the window drapes. I find it odd that most hotels don't do this and the cold air goes up behind the drapes blowing them all over the place.

The breakfast was above average: They had 4 juice flavors, U-make waffles, wde selection of breads, hard boiled eggs, sausage, GOOD & FRESH scrambled eggs which appeared to be hand made, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit., Etc. The Coffee was quite weak though,

We needed to check in late and they accommodated our needs with no hassles. We had tried that at another place and they told us they couldn't guarantee us a room. Even wen we had already prepaid for our room.
We would defiantly require mend this hotel.

Stayed just one night but it was very good. Clean and nice. I would ask for room facing the back if possible but it is far enough off the highway that it was a non issue. The staff was as friendly as you can find. The rate was one of the better rates too.

This is a typical 2-star motel suited for travelers who do not want to spend extra on frills. Rooms are clean and comfortable with breakfast included. Located just off the highway (495) among other similar mid level chain motels, it is close to Lowell, Chelmsford and southern New Hampshire. I got my room through bidding on Priceline. With tax and service charge it totaled $64 for the night.
