There is a lot going on there - in a good way.
It is busy! They opened at 10am and we arrived at 10:15am to be ushered by staff into parking in a field. There was a constant stream of cars coming in as we traveled from the lot to the Store & Farm Animal area. The staff seemed to have the parking in that area very much under control.
As opposed to last year, you could buy bags and hay ride tickets right in the parking lot which worked out well. The entire establishment is cash only, but there are ATMs on site.
We went to the store and farm area to wait for others in our group to arrive. We found the prices of individual packaged cider & a 1/2 dozen cider donuts to be reasonable, and both very tasty. There were a lot of backed goods, sizes of cider containers, and corn on the cob that I saw available for purchase. The children in our group were 3 & 4 and loved to watch the animals and utilize the goat feeding system.
There are many staff (not as many as I remember in previous years, but maybe that was because of time of day or time in the season) you can easily find to tell you what varieties are available and the general location so you can choose to walk or ride.
There were plenty of apples, the grounds are clean and pretty. There were young boys selling frozen cider pops which our group enjoyed on the warm day.
Nice indoor bathrooms by the store.
This was our third year and third trip. We will be going back next year!
