We stayed a week last August and really enjoyed the place!! It's clean, well kept and in a great location. The rooms were very nice, quiet and we felt right at home.

From the outside, the Spring Hill Motor Lodge doesn't look like much. Inside, it's very appealing. The rooms were CLEAN as a whistle. The gentleman on duty when we checked in noticed one spot of dirt/dust on the carpet (that we didn't even see) and said he'd have that cleaned right away. He was good to his word because when we returned from dinner the room had been freshly vaccummed. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. We were on the Cape in the off-season so I don't know if this would hold true year-round, but the room was quiet as could be while we were there. Rates were reasonable. Location was convenient.

We travel to the Cape frequently, and will stay here again!

We reserved 15 rooms for guests attending our daughter's wedding nearby. Of all of the motels and hotels in the area, this one provided presentable rooms with swimming and tennis opportunities in a beautiful Cape Cod setting. The price was the most reasonable of the motels we considered and offered the best value for our guests.
Coffee and donuts were a plus and no one was disappointed. The owner was accommodating in his "broken English" and harried manner, which everyone overlooked. In all, he provided a nice place
for the special occasion.

We had a very pleasant stay at this location. The owner was very nice & helpful. The continental breakfast was a good start for our day. The room was cleaned daily , bed made & resupplied with towels etc. the grounds were very nice. The tennis court is a nice extra. The pool area was private and roomy . The location was very convenient for our stay on Cape Cod .
