Had to stay here after a wonderful trip where hotel service was outstanding. It was a painful reminder of how poor service abounds in Boston. The desk clerk greeted us like we were staying in a prison. He could not have been more rude. Second time we had to stay here and the bathroom plumbing did not work. Stay anywhere else than this place!

We had an early morning flight out of Logan & decided the best option would be to stay at a hotel the night before with complimentary airport shuttle service. I called on April 8, 2015 to verify that we had complimentary shuttle service to Logan & Brenda confirmed that we did. When we checked in, the clerk said we would need to pay for the service because our reservation was bookked through a third party. I asked her to call her manager & she described the situation & said "they look honest". We had to pay for the "complimentary" service. The room was dirty, one of the beds had hairs on the sheets & the room had two sets of towels for four people. The "hotel" appearance is shabby both inside & out. The only redeeming quality is the airport shuttle service which was excellent & the drivers were also personable. I do not recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: There is no good room. Right on a busy main road & there is no sound proofing inside so...not a...

We came to Boston for the Frozen Four and had a very nice room that was well kept and cleaned all 3 days we were there. We used their shuttle service to the T and airport which was great. Only issue --wished they serve breakfast.

Room Tip: choose a room away from the busy street out front.

It was one of the worse places I've ever stayed. We checked in on a Saturday night at around 830. The room looked messy, the curtain rod wasn't put together and was just sitting on the brackets that hold it to the wall, it looked like someone had stood on the air conditioner and broke it, there was no screen in the window so we couldn't open it and the lock was broken, and best of all the toilet didn't work. It looked like someone had a party in there before we checked in.
After notifying them of all of these problems, I was later given a toilet plunger to try and fix the toilet myself. We were eventually offered another room at 11pm after my daughter had fallen asleep.
The second room was on the lower level. All night it sounded like people were running on a treadmill in the room above us. Every time another room would shut their door, ours would sound like it was opening and shutting too. The next day we come by to the room after being out all morning and there are ants on the wall and counter in the bathroom. I again go down to the front desk and the shuttle driver brings me down a can of ant/roach killer. So again I have to take care of this by myself.
That night we get back from dinner and try to turn the ac on. It makes a loud screeching noise so we can't even stay cool on the room.
The place looks nothing like the pictures and the area is sketchy at best. There is very limited parking so if you don't get back to your room early enough chances are you won't have a parking spot.
WORSE PLACE EVER!!!! I recommend spending the extra money and staying somewhere nicer....

we are flying out early in the am for 2 weeks. We use park stay and fly rather than the very expensive Logan parking. Room is a little small but it clean. Airport shuttle starts at 4:00 and runs until midnight. Bathroom is a little tight but workable. Price are reasonable especially since we get 14 days free parking while we are away

It was okay for the price and only one night. I can't believe there was no coffee maker in room and no alarm clock. The free coffee in lobby is only available from 4am to noon. Although the room was small, it was fairly clean. I would pay more next time for something nicer.

Room Tip: room 310 has a bright light shining in windows all night.

We stayed at this little hotel just one night because we were in transit to Turks and Caicos Islands. Comfortable and clean, friendly staff, good price per value. They also offer a free shuttle service to the airport every hour. I don't know if it is in a good location to visit the city.
