“We had a good stay”

My family stayed two nights at this hotel because of the price and its proximity to the airport. The service was good but not super friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The best thing about it was the shuttle. We made use of it to/from the airport and nearby subway stop. Just call and the shuttle would come within 10 minutes. The breakfast was typical of a big chain hotel, eggs were rubbery and very salty, typical other foods (bagels, pastries, make your own waffle, etc.). The bed was too soft for my back and I kept sliding into the middle of the mattress. The have a nice computer area where you can print your boarding passes. They held our bags for free when we arrived early and wanted to go into Boston. They also gave me a free can of shaving cream, the TSA had confiscated mine at the airport. Didn't see a lot to do near the hotel besides the horse track which didn't seem to have any activity. Lots of big oil tanks in the area; not a very touristy location.

The building itself is in relatively good condition but the location leave a lot to be desired, and it isn't any cheaper than properties closer to the airport. There is a nice little bar downstairs that does the normal sports bar type menu items in the evening but it is extremely over priced. There is a free airport shuttle available which was helpful. My stay was less than pleasant due to the completely unpleasant young lady at the desk when I checked out. I'm a Hilton Diamond member with over 60 hotel stays this year alone so I have a lot of front desk experiences to compare this one to, and with that in mind they failed. Though it is doubtful you'll run into the same person I encountered behind the desk (she's probably been fired or quit by now) I felt it useful to pass on my experience with the property as a whole. Even so, if the airport Hilton or Embassey Suites is sold out again I'd still use this property as a backup.

We value every comment we receive from our guests and appreciate you taking the time to do so. You are correct we are not in walking distance to some of the local attractions. However we do offer the complimentary shuttle to the subway to two local restaurants and target. I am concerned with the feedback regarding the rude desk agent. Conveniently located for the airport, with free shuttle service. The room was large, tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The food in the bar and the complimentary breakfast were ok. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a very nice Hampton Inn. We are Gold members with Hilton so were lucky enough to be upgraded to a large suite which was wonderful. The room was very clean and well appointed. The hotel shuttle provided transportation from the airport to the hotel and we took advantage of the Old Town Trolley tour ($38 per person - tickets available at the hotel) which picked us up directly from the hotel at 9 AM and then brought us back to the hotel leaving downtown Boston at 5:30 PM. They also provided a shuttle to the cruise ship for $10 per person the following day so we were able to utilize these options which we thought worked very well.

I stayed here for business in October 2013. The staff are great and very friendly and helpful!! Thank you! The rooms are really nice, suites. The food at the bar was good and the service was great! There is not much around the hotel, so you would probably need a car or take a taxi to go out somewhere for dinner. Overall nice stay!

Friends and I stayed in their largest suite and found it clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. Extremely convenient to Logan Airport without suffering from airport noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip out of Boston, looking for something close to the airport, found it at the Hampton Inn Revere. GPS led us around and about, but finally found it, Super friendly desk clerk, sorry I didn't get her name, arranged to leave the car for three days, up to the room, the typical Hampton Inn room, clean comfy, everything we need. Happy. This place has a bar/restaurant, great as it's not real close to anything except industrial stuff. Lasagna and beer was good. Shuttle every twenty minutes to airport, call them from airport and they are there within 15 minuted. Already booked the next two stays there.
