“Outstanding!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2012

We recently stayed at this Hampton Inn on a trip watch a hockey game. What an amazing establishment. The hotel was very clean and looked brand new. The staff was really friendly everytime we had an encounter with them. When in this area, we will never stay anywhere else!

High marks for customer service and hotel property. Arrived Saturday & right away had one of their soft gooey cookies. Yum!
Perhaps it was because I'm a Hilton member but got upgraded to a suite (wow 2 bathrooms and a lovely sitting area.
Staff was very helpful in arranging shuttle service for us.
Was a little late for morning breakfast buffet, but no problem staff was very kind & went back & got us some breakfast treats.
Very clean public areas, (we didn't see the pool/fitness area, but the lobby & breakfast area was very clean)

Room Tip: ice machine seemed noisy so I would avoid a room in that area.

Easy on/of highway late in the day. Really helpful and accommodating late-night desk staff. Clean and safe. Hallway and next door room noise was an issue. Maybe improve door seals rather than asking guests to sign a noise waiver?

We have always enjoyed staying at Hampton Inn's because of their great value and service. This particular branch was just ok for me. The breakfast is usually great at all the other locations we've been to but here it was sub-par. However, if you're planning to visit Patriots Place or the Boston area, this is a decent hotel in a central location.

This is a fantastic, clean, convenient hotel. Pool area and hot tub was fantastic. Hotel is very clean. Room was spacious, and beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was nothing special, but then again, it's free. There are plenty of places to eat literally within walking distance. I've stayed at 4 hotels in this area, and this is by far the best one.

We recently stayed at this hotel while in town attending a funeral. We had previously stayed at this hotel several years ago while visiting family and were pleased to find that it is just as clean and friendly as it was the last time we stayed here. We just needed a place to sleep comfortably for the night - we weren't looking for many amenities. First of all, we booked the room at a great price. This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway but is still quite. There are several restaurants, shopping centers nearby if needed. Checking in was fast and efficient with a very friendly staff person. The hotel and room were very clean. Our room on the top floor was quiet. It's nice to see that they have added a microwave and empty fridge to the room. Always a nice feature when travelling with teenagers. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had plenty of room and was well stocked with towels. The breakfast had a nice selection - great coffee at the breakfast buffet - and plenty of seating. While I didn't use the fitness room on this particular trip, I generally do work out either late in the evening or very early in the morning. My only complaint about this hotel would be that the fitness center closes at 10pm and doesn't open until 6 or 7am. Not user friendly for those of up at 5am to work out! Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel as the best place to stay in this area.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family in nearby Bridgewater for Thanksgiving. We got to the hotel very early in the day and they gave us an early check-in. Our adjoining rooms included a king bed and two queens. Both rooms were very clean and all the beds were very comfortable. My husband requested extra towels, and they were provided, so we had plenty of linens for us and our four kids, even though there was no maid service on Thanksgiving Day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In fact, one of my sons left a shirt in the room, and they called us and offered to send it. They are now looking for his winter coat.

The breakfast featured "make your own waffles," a hot bar (scrambled eggs with a variety of meats and other treats like biscuits or french toast sticks), cereal, oatmeal, muffins, juices, and coffee. One morning my husband woke up because his back hurt, so he went down to the whirlpool and soaked for a while. In addition, they offer free personal items, like toothpaste and deoderant, if you left yours at home. I thought that was a nice touch.

The lobby was also a really nice place to meet up with our other family members staying at the property. There were places to sit and talk, and the kids could run around or watch t.v. before we set out for our brother's house or another destination. We love visiting our "Boston" family, and I think we'll stay in this Hampton Inn again.
