“Absolutely Perfect”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

My girlfriend and I came to Provincetown to celebrate my 50th birthday. This was my first time visiting Provincetown and from the very beginning, the experience was wonderful. When we pulled into the check-in area paved with crushed shells, you are immediately infused with a sense of calm that is quintessentially Cape Cod. The landscaping of the Inn was perfect, with a myriad of features to capture your eye. Everyone, from the staff to fellow guests was extremely friendly and welcoming. The dining options were excellent and the made-to-order breakfast was perfect, outdone only by the coffee. I dont know where they procured this particuar blend, but it was other-worldly. Proximity to the local culture was perfect, being only a short walk in either direction. We will definitely be making a return trip to the CP next year. Very highly recommended.

Room Tip: Rooms 104-107 have a nice view of the horizon and the shoreline

My husband and I went there to celebrate out 10th wedding anniversary. We had gone there previously several years ago and had a great experience. We love our stay! Room was very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and the place had a very homey environment to it.

My husband and I came to Provincetown for the weekend to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The Crowne Pointe came highly recommended and we now know why. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and catered to our every need. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The breakfast, wine and cheese social and "goodies & coffee/hot chocolate" throughout the day were a huge bonus!

The location is perfect as it is set on a bit of a hill so the view from the all glass dining area is very pretty, not to mention the walk to Commercial Street just a stone's throw away. The grounds of the hotel are lovely, as well. There are beautiful walkways, fountains, exotic looking trees and plantings. We were there in November and can only imagine how gorgeous it must be in the summer.

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We actually groaned a little bit when we had to leave! We highly recommend the CP and cannot wait until we can return.

We stayed there this past weekend. This was the second time that the wifey and I have stayed at CP. The first time a hurricane rolled through and the whole weekend was a wash out, but we still throughly enjoyed our time there. This weekend was beautiful weather and it made the weekend even better.

The Pamper Me Once rooms are tiny, I mean miniscule (this is the only thing I found wrong). I was claustrophic and was able to upgrade to a Pamper Twice room, much bigger and the king size bed is awesome. The gounds of CP are gorgeous, with plantings, flowers, fountains and varies level of decking. There is a tiny pool and a whirlpool which both looked nice, but we didnt use. Every night between 5-6 they offer free wine, beer and cheese/crackers/ veggies around the pool or in the lounge if the weather is bad. This is really nice and very relaxing. The restaurant on site (not sure of its name) is very good. I had the Filet and wifey had a fish (I forget) but my steak was excellent and the service was awesome.

I customer service at this resort is TOP NOTCH. I was a pain in the butt when we upgraded and the front desk person showed me 3 differents rooms and didnt make me feel like I was a pain in the butt at all. Every employee you see/meet greets you with a smile and a friendly hi.

The on site spa is really nice and relaxing. There is a Mineral whirlpool, Steam room, and a Suana, if you get a massage be sure to go eaarly or stay late and take advantage of it. We got a couples massage there, mine was awesome, the wifey said hers was awful and she felt beat up after it.

The resort location is awesome, one block from Commercial st with all the shops and restaurants so you dont have to deal with the noise. One of the best things is the resort has 15 parking spots reserved in the Church parking lot only 100 feet away from the resort.

We will probably go back for a third time.

Room Tip: spend the xtra dough for the Pamper Me Twice rooms at least.

We came to Provincetown for a quick getaway and this inn was perfect. We had a wonderful suite room and it was beautifully appointed. Everyone at the front desk was warm and welcoming. We had thought about dining elsewhere on a friend's recommendation but due to pouring rain we decided to stay at the inn and dine at the small bar...perfect! Great menu, cocktails, and just a lovely evening overall. We had to leave the next day but the weather was so nice I was wishing we could have relaxed on the lounge chairs and spent the afternoon reading. The breakfast (which was included) had a variety of choices from the chef's selections made to order, cold (cereal, yogurt, fruit) homemade baked good, etc. The lobster buzzer to let you know when your breakfast was ready was quirky but quite humorous. We sat on the sunny porch and enjoyed our morning before we had to leave. Thank you for a making a quick getaway so wonderful!

Visited the Crowne Pointe for an anniversary getaway. Booked a deluxe king suite it was beautiful and well appointed. Property is in a great location just a block off Commercial street within walking distance of everything! The grounds are lovely and had the weather been warmer, we would have definitely spent some time lounging outside. We had initially booked a spa/dinner getaway package, 3 months earlier, but discovered a week before the trip that the restaurant at the Inn was closed on the night of our visit, this was our only disappointment. We did utilize the spa and it was wonderful, especially after a drizzling chilly Ptown day! Would recommend for a couples getaway for sure!
