This is our second stay and it did not disappoint. The hotel is the perfect blend of a luxury hotel w the intimacy of a bed and breakfast Professionally managed by Tom who knows you by name after first hour of arrival .Centrally located just a short walk to Commercial St and all the attractions.

We stayed in room 307. The room, while a bit small was very nicely appointed.

My only complaint was that the mattress on the king bed was not the most comfortable.

The bath amenities were some of the best I have seen and used.

They host a nice wine, beer and snack service down by the pool between 1700-1800. It was very nice and the guests were very friendly, as were the staff.

Parking, in any small town is always a problem, so you have to turn in your vehicle keys to the front desk. Parking is one, behind the other, so you might end up being blocked in. Your car might have been moved when you go out to get it next day. It was never an issue.

Storage space in 307 was very limited; there were 6 drawers and a closet, but storing out suitcases was not easy to keep the pathways clear. They would not fit under the bed.

Very nice bathrobes were provided.

One tip, make sure your room door is "clicked" from the inside before you leave.

I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to other LGBT travelers, who don't want the noise at the Crown and Anchor.

This is the place to stay in Provincetown. It's right in the centre, has oodles of character and great service.

You get wine and cheese at 5 each eve and the excellent company of other guests.

Tom is a star. He will advise on where is best to eat and will do all you ask.

There is an attached spa for treatments and massages.

The rooms have free wifi, have character and you will definitely you have stayed. They are not the largest rooms but that's compensated for the home from home welcome

Intent to come back

Room Tip: The pamper me once rooms are fine and enough for short stays

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Crowne Pointe and we couldn't have been any happier with the atmosphere, service and food. The breakfast was the best we've ever experienced at any B&B we've ever been to. Dinner was even better! Very centrally located, close to the center of Commercial St and also walking distance to a grocery store, liquor store and bike rental shop. We capped off a 2 hour bike ride on the Province Lands Trail with a couples massage and steam bath at the ShuiSpa tucked behind the hotel. The in-room spa tub was also a nice touch. The only minor drawback was the shower water pressure, but hey, nobody's perfect. We'll be back someday!

From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the property. Beautiful and well maintained grounds, friendly and professional service all around. The staff are very accomodating and thoughtful. Rooms are beautiful with great amenities. We paid a bit more for a king room with fireplace and whirlpool and it was well worth it. Breakfast is not a typical inn affair. Many choices prepared to order and served with a smile. Wine and cheese at 5 was lovely and diverse. Great location, walking distance from town. The inn also has a top-notch restaurant which rivals any in town. Everything is very accesible including the spa which had great massages. We spend one whole day at the inn laying around, swimming and using the spa...complete relaxation. Highly recommend.

Crowne Point is a wonderful historic guest house. It is a sprawling wonder with many types of rooms to choose from. Great breakfast spread every day and drinks every afternoon by the pool. Relax with a hot tub dip before a swim in the pool. Staff are brilliant too. Would stay here again and make more use of the facilities next time.

Great service in a small classic New England setting. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. It's not a "fancy" property but really quaint and pleasant. Hotel offered a great happy hour each day. The hotel provided nightly turn down service. Close to many restaurants and easy to reach the seashore and piers.

Room Tip: Opt for a larger suite with fireplace & kitchenette, the extra space is worth it.
