“Straight up Awesome!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2013

The fish & chips was wonderful! They really know how to fry their fish!!!! Lots of restaurants think they can, but as a Florida native, son of a charter captain and sea food connoisseur, they nailed it! The atmosphere was nice as well, a tad loud but still nice. It's positioned on the bay. Try to time your visit during high tide. The lobster bisque was amazing as well. We split a bowl and wished we had gotten more after we filled up on entrees. The girlfriend had broiled sea scallops which she said were on par.

“Retirement Celebration”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2013

Paul and his staff hosted my retirement dinner with such grace and such outstanding customer service, it is hard to know where to start. Cocktails in a crowded bar could be a problem but we were attended to even though we were all over the place. Apps were there on the table ready when we sat and the food from apps to entrées were out of this world. Portions were so well balanced, plated and presented. Our waitress was attentive without being intrusive. We were so pleased with everything that we would recommend this as a gathering place without reservation.

“Sunday brunch is p-towns best deal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2013

We visited for Sunday brunch in October and first this place was packed and when we saw the buffet we knew why is was so busy. A HUGE selection of very fresh and tasty food. $14.95 can't beat it. This place is a no brainer and we will e back for dinner next trip. By the way one of the few places open year round too.

“Consistently Incredible”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

Since my family has a home in Provincetown, I frequent the town all year round. Fanizzi's is a go-to favorite for multiple reasons:
-Food is always good. My family loves the meatloaf and the steak tip entrees.
-The view is incredible... the restaurant literally sits on the water. It's beautiful at sundown. There are many restaurants on the water in P-town, but this definitely stands out.
-The service is great. My step-dad, Manny, has been coming here for years. They all know him, and are always so friendly and helpful.
-Since they are located in the East end of town, you're able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the middle of Commerical Street. It's a nice little getaway.
-They're open year round! Not many restaurants are. Since we frequently stay in the off season, this is a huge plus.

They have some parking, but we usually walk. I recommend reservations on busy nights. You NEED to try this while visiting Provincetown! It's definitely in my Top 3 restaurants of what's around - a huge feat since there are so many to choose from!

“Always great food and a smile”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

I love Fanizzi's, it has water views, great prices and a wonderful friday fish fry. They are open year round, have a well stocked bar and lots of choices. The portions are ample and for Provincetown the prices are reasonable. A staple for our family.
