Opened in the summer of 2013, Ceraldi is one of the best restaurants we have ever experienced. And an experience it is! Block 2 hours for dinners and be ready for 7 courses of made to order food - the set menu changes with the availability of ingredients - and wine pairings with almost every course.The night that my husband and I were there featured chilled melon soup, arugula salad, , blue fin ceviche, arancini, wild mushroom ravioli, braised short ribs and vanilla bean panna cotta with lavender syrup - and I haven't listed all the ingredients! Perfect food, perfectly prepared, presented and again - just the best experience we had on the Cape this summer!
