“Fun little shops”

A great walk during day or night. Full with restaurants and shops, you can spend a good 3-hours hanging out.

Enjoyed strolling and shopping all day long. Lots of wonderful places to shop, and eat, and shop some more.

“whether you want to eat, relax and watch or shop this is your place to go”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2013

Usually Cape cod is more on hte posh end of shoppping but provincetown is different. different in so many way you won't believe it.
if you go by car park at the harbor. You need to pay for it but its very central and a perfect starting point for your exploration.
There are so many unique shops i don't know what to describe first. You can but almost anything from crazy t-shirts to do accessories to high end jewellry ... they have it all. If you are not into cookie cutter souvenirs you will find here what you are looking for.
People are very relaxed and open minded and what applies for social life also applies for food.
From greasy fried seafood to healthy vegan sandwisches... you can spend hours to look at all your choices.
So go there and expect a lot of fun...

“Unexpected surprise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2013

Travelling from the Uk we decided to spend the day touring Cape Cod. As it was getting late we had half a mind to turn back half way and give Provincetown a miss, so glad we didn't. A bright colourful town full of shops and activity very pleasant to stroll around with the bonus of a delightful pier. Bohemian not unlike Key West and a contrast to the more sedate resorts at the base of the Cape. We had a very enjoyable few hours and on reflection we would have liked to stay overnight. You can get fast ferries to Boston and should think thats a worthwhile trip to save driving.
