“WOW!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2010

Wonderful place, high on the hill. Loved the antiques and bric-a-brac - such a change from anonymous, soulless high rise hotels. This is one of the first two buildings in the area. Ask them to show you the 1905 postcard! Staff were super-accommodating. Breakfasts were large and plentiful. My wife and I met some great people at the nightly nibbles and drinks. And we loved the fact that it's small - a true boutique b&b! We found Sal's Place (toward town) a good spot to eat, and right on the water too! Highest recommendation. If you're not happy here, you'll never be happy anywhere!

Located high up on a hilltop at he far end of Commercial St, the Inn is a charming oasis with gorgeous views all around! Michael, who greeted us was warm and welcoming as was everyone else we encountered during our stay. Our room was the tiny Cape Cod room and the last one available on the busy memorial day wknd but it was cost, well appointed and had amazing views of the tip of the Cape and lighthouses. Continental bkfst was included and consisted of lovely fresh fruit, yogurt, asstd muffins, bagels, etc all very fresh and yummy. A wonderful place that we will return to for sure!

This is a gem. Every room is unique, the elevated views are spectacular, the gardens beautiful and calming, and the staff helpful in every way without being cloying. Although many rooms have their own decks or balconies, the public spaces are inviting, comfortable, and peaceful. You do not have to go anywhere at all to feel that you are at the beach and someplace very special. The breakfast provides lots of variety and the muffins and pastries are homemade. In the afternoon, wine, beer, and cheese is served on the deck. It's a great way to meet some of the other guests or not. This is a great place to bring your significant other, romantic, peaceful, awe-inspiring, just the best.

Land's End Inn is wonderful. The location is outstanding--the views of the sea are incomparable. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and very pleasing (ours had a private balcony). The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and afternoon wine hour. It was our first visit (a week); from now on it will be our home-away-from-home in Provincetown.

We stayed in the Turret room which is quite amazing with windows more than half way around the room and access to 2 terraces. You could lie in bed and look up at the cupola catching the light. Then have breakfast in bed looking out to sea. The decor throughout is extraordinary and you can always find something new to see. This was definitely the most relaxing place I have ever stayed and we would not hesitate to go back there again.

We stayed there in early May with another couple and baby in the off season. It was still a bit chilly but a great time of year for the area. The Inn was very cozy and the staff was incredibly nice. The grounds are great with various sitting areas to take in the amazing view. The breakfast was very nice and the wine & cheese happy hour every nice was great!

The Inn was just far enough from town. A very nice walk and makes you really slow down to the Cape lifestyle. Love it. Great place at any time of the year since there are plenty of indoor seating where you can still enjoy the view.

Haven't stayed in may other locations in P-town, but have to say this looked nicer than what I saw. Highly recommend.

We booked the Moroccan Tower which was incredible. Sweeping views of the water and a heavenly bed. I've never felt completely comfortable at b&b's, but this place really had a nice set-up. Breakfast was served on the wrap-around deck which offered seating in various areas, making it possible for you to mingle with the others, or have your privacy. P-Town itself is such a lively place. It was nice to turn in someplace quiet after a busy day and evening. The staff is helpful and respects your privacy. I plan on staying here again, hopefully sometime soon.

  • Liked — The view, the bed and the staff
