“Best place to stay in P-town!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 11, 2010

My wife and I have stayed at Seasons for weekends away with friends for 10 years. It is consistently warm and inviting, Rick and John are the perfect hosts. We have stayed in every room and they are each well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Location is quiet but just a short walk to everything. Breakfasts are far from ordinary; always a gourmet treat and we've never had the same one in our many visits. We will definitely be returning!

Rick and John are the warmest hosts I have ever met - I immediately felt at home the moment I stepped in the door. My room was absolutely lovely with exquisite Victorian furnishings and modern facilties. But, by far, the best part of "Seasons - An Inn for All" is RIck's unbelievably wonderful breakfasts! Rick, a professional chef, prepares imaginative and delicious breakfasts every day. So, while it's like coming home, the food is way better!

I've been staying at Seasons for years now. Whether off season or during the height of the summer prices are the best in town. I've stayed in every room at least once and they all offer a great escape from home. Seasons is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities and more. Coffee trays to your door every morning followed by breakfasts that beat any in town. Rick and John are great and I look forward to seeing them every visit. I highly recommend Seasons!

Everything good to say about this place has already been said. It is a comfortable and beautiful home, and the innkeepers are sweet, friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Seasons is a lovely, warm, welcoming B&B. Our room was spacious, clean, attractive, comfortable, well maintained and a great value. Innkeepers are nice without being overbearing. Location is excellent - 2 minute walk to the main shopping street, but also quiet. Plus free wi-fi!

Breakfast was pancakes with fruit, bacon and warm syrup. We also had tea and coffee delivered to our room before breakfast.

I hope we'll be able to go back soon.

What might you not like about this B&B? Well, I guess if you're looking for an upscale inn with spa, afternoon tea and such, you may want to go elsewhere (and pay at least 3 times the price). And if you're dying for a water view, this isn't the place (I was happy to enjoy the ocean after a 2minute walk there, instead of sitting inside and looking out the window.)

But if you're looking for a nice place to use as a comfortable, friendly home base for some time in Provincetown, I recommend Seasons.

We had a great stay at Seasons over the Halloween weekend. It was our first visit to P-Town and this was a great place to stay. 2 mins walk to Commercial Street but far enough away for some tranquility.

The room (and whole house) was full of character and most importantly the bed was very comfy. The breakfasts were great and the table was a good place to have a chat with fellow guests.

There were also some nice touches with the water cooler, fridge and the extensive video library which was used on the Sunday night to recover from the excesses of Halloween night on Saturday!

A friendly place that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
