No trip to Plymouth is complete without a stroll through the impressive grave markers of Plymouth. We had such an amazing time recognizing names from history and reading their grave markers. Some were humorous, some were pious, all seemed to point to Heaven in such a powerfully profound truth. Stop and read the little poems inscripted on the markers- move some sand away like I did to read all of them. If you are a person of faith, you will find this is not a dead old cemetery but a LIVE one. The graves seem to hold all the faith and hope of the forefathers and their eternal optimism and trust in Jesus Christ. Don't let this little gem get pushed to the back of your "must see" list when visiting Plymouth. You won't be disappointed!
