I liked the owners, they were friendly and eager to please. I think they ran a good B&B.The rooms, linen and bathrooms were clean.

The coffee in the morning was good and strong and plentiful. Pittsfield itself is dead and depressed but that's not the B&B's fault....Just the economy.

Word of advice.....Ask for a room in the back, they're quieter!

Owners are very nice but they need to run the vacuum and dust! Linens were clean, window air conditioner worked, bathroom was acceptable but overall, I wouldn't recommend. Breakfast was ok.

My husband and I love the White Horse Inn in Pittsfield. The inkeepers, Joe and his wife are very nice and accomodating. She makes the best blueberry muffins around! The Leopold room is our favorite. It's a very relaxing atmosphere and a great place to just get away.
