We first tasted the chef's cuisine at the Tanglewood Wine and Food festival - and it was so good we returned that evening to the restaurant for dinner. Main dishes were slow to arrive (there are signs warning you that the kitchen is small so to be patient) so recommend ordering some starters to get you going - but service so attentive and lovely that it didn't detract from the meal. Sometimes following an Asian meal I do not feel well from too much salt and other additives - but this food was so fresh and the flavors so intense that I don't think any of that is used by this chef. It was way above the typical standard fare. Have the Malaysian spicy dishes.
