Nothing more to be said, simply outdated, went by myself down to Boston for business and the hotel smelled musty and simply seemed outdated in seriously in need of repairs. However their staff was attentive.

This hotel is in serious need of updating, which I think was going on while we were there, although I didn't see it. The staff was great, helpful and friendly and the breakfast was the usual good, especially for free. But, the room!! YUCK!

To start with the room was dated and I imagine quite old because the furniture covering (fake wood lines) was pealing. That aside, the bathroom curtain had holes in it and the bath had mold.

Maybe I just had a bad room because this hotel is #1 in the area and I just couldn't see it given condition of the room. Usually Hamptons are much cleaner with modest but updated furnishings.

Our hotel is currently under renovation that started on April 2, 2011. All guest rooms will be totally renovated including new flat screen TV sets, HD TV content, new carpet, desks and furniture. This the third time we stayed at this Hampton Inn when visiting the Boston area. We always have a good stay here. The breakfast is fine, especially for free, and there is always something you can find to eat. Our room is clean which is the most important thing to me. We have been very lucky also that we usually arrive extremely early and if at all possible we are allowed to check in early into our room. The front staff has been very accommodating and friendly.

I have been frequenting this hotel on Rt. 1 North for some time now.

The service is constantly up to par and the two gentlemen during the evening at the front desk (Drew and Alfonz) are always going above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. The rooms are always impeccably clean and in perfect working order. I always want to take the blanket off the king size bed and take it home with me. Alas, I must refrain from such things (even though it's INSANELY COMFORTABLE).

Rooms : 10/10
Customer Service : 20/10 (Above and Beyond the Extra Mile)
Complimentary Breakfast : 10/10 (Always fresh and delicious...when you can wake up for it haha.)

Our stays at this hotel have always been a pleasure, we have friends in Peabody, Mass so we visit quite often. we have stayed at this same hotel 3 different weekends already this year and will be staying again next month ...always clean and neat rooms....very friendly atmosphere... pool is very clean... Continental breakfast available.....if you are looking for a clean hotel with great staff at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this hotel...thank you... Mike & Jeddy

Slept here overnight before flight out of Boston. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Only downside was business center computer was not working. Had to have desk clerk help with printing out boarding passes, not that she minded but just felt like it was inconvenient . Would stay again.
