“Execllent hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2012

I stayed here overnight when I had some personal business south of Boston. The room was very clean, attractive, and comfortable, the staff was helpful, and it was a good value. The only factor which disappointed me was that there was no free breakfast. However, the cheaper version of the breakfast buffet was fine for me.

Stayed here for a wedding this weekend... good value. Bed was comfy and the facilities and rooms were very clean. Location wise it's kind of right off of a highway but good if you have a purpose to be in that area. The staff I interacted with were very nice. They have a large reception area that was great fir cocktails and appetizers before we went into the ballroom for the event.

I was at this hotel for two nights to attend a conference. It is easy to get to from the airport in Boston and located on a main route with plenty of stores and restaurants.
My room was a king bedded room and had a sitting area with a couch and balcony. Nice to be able to get some outside air!
The bed was comfy and bedding was crisp and clean. The bathroom was SOOOO SMALL though. I mean S-M-A-L-L. The door opened in which made it really hard to close it to go to the bathroom because it was literally against the toilet! The shower was spotless with great water pressure BUT the faucet to turn it on was on the left end where there was a stationary glass panel. To turn on the water, you had to step into the shower and obviously get sprayed with cold water....
Just little issues but annoying.
Front desk was great. Halls were quiet. Parking was easy. Overall pretty good!

Room Tip: well our room was 402 which is near the elevator and facing route 1. Its a little noisy but the fan...

I recently stayed three nights for a wedding. The hotel staff was very friendly and one person said that they really enjoy working there. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The pool was very nice and had a lifeguard. We also liked that they switched the pool to salt water for the wedding so that there wouldn't be a strong chlorine smell. The pool was so warm and great for the kids. The food throughout the weekend was pretty good as well. The only downside was that it is sort of in the middle of nowhere/strip mall world. But that is not the hotel's fault! We could also have really used a mini fridge in the room. Otherwise, I would recommend it!

I attended a conference at the Four Points Sheraton with three colleagues from work and found that the hotel had everything we needed. The staff was both efficient and very friendly. The two young women at the front desk watched my things while I was searching for my misplaced glasses and gave us (and others) great information about what to see and do in the area. The shuttle driver Jerry could not have been more accommodating, even pulling into a Walgreens so that one of us could grab some headache medicine. They had a young trainee who went out of his way to help with our luggage. The beds were comfortable - I particularly liked the fluffy white comforters. Breakfast was well-organized and the buffet had many options - even smoothies.

There were hundreds of attendees at the conference and at the same time other conferences and events were also going on and nobody seemed stressed, no long lines, and they were always pleasant.

The location is on the highway and nothing is in walking distance but a short shuttle drive landed us at a pretty mall with plenty of shopping and dining options. I did not use the pool but it looked nice. For a work-related trip, it was a great place to stay.

The Four Points Sheraton in Norwood provided an enjoyable two-night for me recently. The property has the feel of a regular Sheraton or top-brand property with a bustling lobby, on-site restaurant that appeared to be doing a brisk and lively business, and helpful and courteous staff. The rooms were not the largest but functional with excellent use of space throughout, including in the bathroom, where a basket-style setup held towels and washcloths. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Not sure if this is true of most rooms, but mine had shower only. This was fine for me, but note of caution if you want a traditional tub. The room appears to have been renovated recently, and a flat-screen TV is hung on the wall. In terms of location, there is a plaza with an Ocean State Job Lot just steps away with a sidewalk there to provide safe walking. Driving wise, note that you are much better off traveling the southbound route on Boston-Providence Turnpike, as you can access the property directly and easily on the right-hand side. If coming northbound, you have to go well past the property and turn back the other way to head southbound. Neither GPS nor driver liked this setup. However, once there, the stay was worth the effort.

The rooms were cozy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The hotel restaurant, One Bistro, was great! The hotel was close to a lot of shopping. We'd stay again if in the area. They also have special allergy rooms for people who suffer or have sensativities.
