“Nice hotel and conference facility”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 22, 2012

Stayed at the hotel and attended a conference there. Not a bad place to stay for a good price. The floor I stayed on had two commercial fans blowing all night, which made it a little uncomfortable and it created a weird smell. Other than that, not a bad place to stay outside of Boston.

We took advantage of an offer for MA residents to stay close to home. We took our 3 kids for a surprise overnight to enjoy some family time and the indoor pool. Some confusion at check-in as the phone reservation rep told me that the cot would be included, and the included brunch was for all members of our party - at check in however I was told that there was a charge for the cot and that only 2 party members would receive the Sunday buffet ($15/person). However, the check in rep was kind and provided 5 vouchers for the buffet to make up for the confusion over the buffet and the cot. :-) The room was clean and nicely appointed. The beds very comfy. Two nice comfy chairs in the room in addition to a desk and chair. The pool was enjoyable in the afternoon, however, a very large birthday party was held on the pool deck in the evening including a buffet dinner (attendees were adults and multitudes of children and teenagers). The pool deck was crowded and full of plates, etc. The pool was mobbed with screaming kids and not at all enjoyable - so full that there wasn't room to swim at all - the pool was taken over by this group from dinner until the pool closed! The gym is small but sufficient. We did swim the following morning and the pool was nice and quiet with only a few people using it, but there was a lot of hair floating in it (from previous nights huge crowd I imagine). Sunday buffet was very nice and service was excellent - made to order omelets were excellent! Overall, it was a good stay. But I wish we'd known that the pool area was rented during our selected weekend with such an overwhelmingly huge party - the pool was a big draw for us and we'd have made our get away another weekend to avoid that party.

Room Tip: No view as you are on a highway with view selection between highway, industrial park, car sales lots...

I've stayed many, many times at this hotel as I often attend corporate training and seminar events at the attached conference centre.

The rooms in the "old wing" were recently renovated. Unfortunately they are a bit small by North American standards, but are very clean, have a flat screen TV and a nicely appointed washroom. The rooms in the newer wing are much larger but had an old tube-style TV. Overall the rooms are very good, clean and in good shape.

The pool and exercise room are also a nice touch, with decent equipment although at peak times it gets quite busy.

The attached One Bistro restaurant has a good selection but the menu has remained mostly unchanged over the last few years. The hotel also offers a free local shuttle bus which is very useful as there really aren't any restaurants within reasonable walking distance.

I'd recommend this hotel for business travellers and would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Some rooms on the second floor have windows that lead directly out to the pool. They don't open...

I have been to several events and part of organizing events at the Four Points. I have had a fabulous experience every time. Whether it was the Tiffany Ballroom or Zachariah's, the food is great the event staff is spot on, & the facilities have a great flair. Mindy, the event planner, makes things happen. Her support staff is wonderful! Never a worry about the experience the guests are going to have. She has some great ideas and super vendors to suggest! We
have had buffets & sit down meals. Both have gotten rave reviews from the guests. Every thing is very fresh & very tasty. Very accomodating for allergies Just let them know & they take great care of you . Lovely wine selections. Super offer from the hotel for event guests to stay. Hotel is clean & everyone is very professional & friendly. Loved the breakfast buffet at Zachariah's. Everything was very fresh. Great innovative ideas for breakfast. Not your usual fare. Loved it!

Room Tip: Has transportation offers to Gillette Stadium

Due to an extensive blackout in our area my husband and I checked in with very little planning. Every staff member we dealt with was delightful, from the front desk to the room service server to the man who delivered extra pillows! The room was charming, very clean, view of the woods, comfortable bed. The shower was a nice surprise as it had a great spray(something I'm picky about). The food is delicous. There restaurant, One Bistro, has a great rep in the area. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone!

We were guests for my friend's wedding over the weekend. The staff was extremely accommodating with my food allergy issues. The bed was super comfortable; room extremely clean. Everything is modernized and updated; I had no complaints!
