I'm a newbie to Tibetan food and intense spice is a problem. We tried the Yak dumplings and they were amazing - told our server that we wanted mild sauce and were given both the spicy sauce (which was perfectly fine in very small amounts for my bland taste buds) as well as a sweet sauce. Our chicken dish was less adventurous but also tasty and the tingmo steamed bread was tasty.
We especially appreciated the tibetan music in the background (although the 15 minute chant is still reverberating through my brain a little) and the photos from Tibet.
We will definitely return next time we're in town.
