“I am definitely coming back to the Outer Reach Resort.”

Loved the Outer Reach Resort! Great location - minutes from downtown Provincetown and beaches. Spent a lot of time on the deck - great views of the ocean and Provincetown. Room was spacious and comfortable.

was disappointed and a little nervous when we first arrived and took a look at the room- furniture was very dated and the buildings themselves looked a little in need. On the plus side it is backed up to the National seashore so we were able to bike from the resort down a path and end up on the bike trail that leads to head of the meadow- before we biked we hiked over the dunes and ended up on a deserted stretch of beach for breakfast with seals. Once we got into the swing of cape life- beaching, biking and going into Ptown I really was over my initial reaction. - the room was clean and adequate for showering and sleeping. -there is a restaurant which looked to be popular but we didn't try it. would recommend it if others in this price range weren't available
You can bike into Ptown- just watch out crossing route 6 and it is secluded and quiet- would stay again but probably opt for a waterview room as the view is spectacular. biggest plus is pet friendliness- that's why we booked but ended up leaving the dog at home!

Traditional Cape-style resort located in the dunes between North Truro and Provincetown. Clean and simple, but has everything you need. Older, seasoned resort in a beautiful location, featuring manicured perenial gardens, pool and other outside games. Our room was one of their least expensive, yet still met all our needs including a king bed, refridgerator, microwave and airconditioning.

My husband, teenage daughter and dog, all enjoy the Outer Reach.
Although the rooms are little dated, they are clean, staff is pleasant.
The gliders overlooking the ocean are my absolute favorite place to have morning coffee.
Adrians is always a relaxing meal, dogs allowed -WOW -we all have been there for breakfast and dinner
Great food and again pleasant staff
We'll be back again and again
Thanks

We arrived after a grueling 8 hour drive and when I checked in, the first thing the desk clerk told me was, "Pay in advance" There was no "hello," no welcome, no warmth. The staff seems put out by any requests, like extra towels or pillows. They ignore you while you're standing there trying to ask a question. The rooms are run-down and not maintained at all. Very depressing place. The restaurant, however, is very good, with fresh food and an extremely nice wait staff.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the outer reach resort. Although the resort itself was a little dated and weathered, it made up for it w/ the gorgeous water view, the awesome large deck and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The outdoor restaurant was perfect and the wait staff were all phenomenal. The pool, tennis court, and walking trail was an added bonus. I will definitley be back. I hope they add screen doors to the door leading to deck so we can enjoy the outside seating even more. This resort is a true "pet friendly" hotel.

Thank you
Kathleen
