“Clean and nice staff”

This property is well kept with very nice staff. It is very convenient for UMass Dartmouth parents to stay here when visiting campus, as we did. Very attentive staff, good breakfast, clean. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.Good value, too.

“This hotel is slipping a bit”

Still the most comfortable beds around, but the room amenities are declining. Rooms had refrigerators which have been removed. Microwave now sits on desk taking up most of the desk, no room for laptop.

“Changed my mind for the better”

I reviewed this hotel a while ago when we had trouble with customer service. Granted that we didn't actually need much customer service this time, everything else was great. We came running here after orignally booking a room at the New Bedford Inn and Suites, which turned out to be dismal even though it costs more than this hotel. We'll definitely keep staying here.
