price was good .beds were great.service was great if needed anything the people were right there to help.breakfast was very good,plenty of hot water and towels.a/c worked great we didn,t use the pool but it was clean looking...overall we would tell every one to go to this hotel

Staff worked hard, and smart, to get us rooms for all nights needed - and got it done. Had 2 rooms for 4 nights. Had a couple of problems with water leaking from electrical outlets. Staff quickly moved us. We'll give them another chance in the future.

We got a great deal on this hotel through Hotwire. The room was very nice, the included breakfast was good and the location was great. We had just toured Newport that day and was on our way to Hyannis, so it was a good stopping place. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived I thought we had made a great decision on the hotel. The staff was friendly the hotel was clean and neat. However as it turned out the walls in our room must not have had any accoustical insulation. There was a get together in the adjoining room on our first night and I would say a bit of beer was involved. The group of 3 chaps were not overly rowdy but you could hear ever word clearly and one chap was a master of the F bomb. The next night was new occupants a couple who the huband was 'stting his wife straight' at 6 AM. We weren't travelling with children and I can assure you we would have demanded a room change if we had. At check out I wanted to use BW Travel cards and the untrained desk attendant told me I couldn't so I asked for the manager...no manager on site...great. After 20 minutes she contacted somone on her cell and we got checked out. We won't be back...
