“Great farm”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

Apple, peach, strawberry, and blueberry picking for all to enjoy. Kids have petting zoo. Produce in the store as well as baked goods. Ice cream stand is my favorite. My dog loved the doggie ice cream as well.

“Authentic Country Farm Fun 30 minutes north of Boston”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

Smolak Farms is good family, children and couple (moonlight hayrides) fun. The Farm is really beautiful with live animals and pick yourself: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, currants, gooseberries, tomatoes, peaches, apples, pumpkins and christmas trees. They even have a solar panel field! Each season has it's own harvests, activities, food, people watching and scenic views. I go often just for the hot apple cider, apple cider cinnamon donut holes (smoles) and a scenic walkabout. Don't miss the Fall Festivals and Christmas Celebrations. This is good old fashioned country fair kind of fun. No admission but some activity fees. For farm recipies (Cider Donut Apple Crisp Muffin/Bread Pudding), a list of events and harvest's schedules go to:(add www.) smolakfarms.com/activities

“Love this place!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2012

Just had an office group apple picking trip and everyone had a blast. The hostess made it fun and the hayride to the trees was enjoyable. We each picked 5 apples and then had a sandwich from their inside restaurant.

“Peter Pan Hayride”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2012

What a disappointment for a family day outing. After driving 90 miles for the kids to see their favorite charaters, we were all very disenchanted by the presentation. High school students playacting the parts around the orchard. Not even the younger children on the ride were interested in them. The cost was outrangeous as well. $15 for a child. Additionally the other activities advertised (bouncy house, animals, etc) were an additional fee. What a ripeoff..... The pumpkin patch was also really bad - most of the pumpkins were damaged and at 50 cents a pound, no way. - Sorry, we won't be back ever again. Yucky food also if you wanted to spend a lot more money. Dirty portapottys
