On a recent trip to Boston, we had the delightful experience of staying at the Crowne Plaza-Natick. An ideal location, 5 minutes from the Logan Express (a convenient an inexpensive way of traveling from the airport to Boston), and across the street from an amazing mall and restaurants! What more could one ask for besides excellent service and accommodations! You will find both of these at this outstanding hotel.
Due to Hurricane Sandy, my husband and I found ourselves in a terrible predicament. We had to change our airline reservations in order to get out of Boston a day earlier than planned. That change necessitated that we take a 6:00 AM flight to Raleigh, NC. Mr. Barry, who was at the front desk, tried very hard to find a taxi that could get us to the Logan Express station which was only 5 minutes from the Crowne Plaza at 4:00 AM. However, he discovered taxis did not run that early and only limousines, which would go directly to the airport , would be willing to come out at that hour - for a charge of well over $100.00! At that point, Mr. Barry graciously said that he thought he had a solution to our problem, since we had already changed our flight and could not go at any other time. He offered to take us to the nearby Station if the other gentleman on duty at 4:00 AM would not mind covering for him for 10 minutes. Both agreed and Mr. Barry was ready at 4:00 AM on a Sunday morning as planned! What a relief because we did not know what we would do if he hadn't been so kind to make this offer.
With employees who emulate Mr. Barry in their concern for the welfare and comfort of their guests, a stay at this remarkable hotel will long be remembered!
