Up first entering the setup is a bit confusing. You are on the second floor of a good department store that prides itself on service which is fine. However, at this care the customer orders and pays at the point-of-sale from the menu and then the food is brought to your table. I found this to be a bit weird given that we were not at Walmart.
The good news is that the food was quite good. The Citrus Turkey sandwich was well made and quite tasty (natural roast turkey breast, tomato, gruyère cheese, organic baby greens, citrus cranberry chutney with garlic aïoli on toasted multi-grain ciabatta), and the Cilantro Lime Shrimp Salad and Crab Bisque were also most enjoyable.

I eat at the Nordstrom Bistro all of the time and have never had a bad meal. I really like the Chicken With Angel Hair Pasta.
Sandwiches are very good. So is the kids' pizza (generously-sized, really could be shared by two children).
