“Breakfast French style very nice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2014

My cousin and her finance suggested we have Sunday Brunch at Bleu. A French restaurant at Mashpee Commons. I started with French Onion Soup ($6.00) which was very nice. The others in the party had Bacalao, a Caesar Salad and a House Salad. All were quite filling and were satisfactory at $6.00 each. For entrees 3 of us had Salmon Benedict ($16 each) and the other had Ham Croque ($12). The food was very good. I had a cranberry juice ($2) and 3 of us had coffee ($2.25 each). The total prior to tax for 4 people for Sunday Brunch (without alcohol and tax or tip) was $92.75. This is $23.18 per person for basically a fancy breakfast. They had live Jazz which we all found to be good, but a bit overwhelming in volume. During warmer weather, they have outdoor seating. I would recommend that this be a destination for a fine dinning alternative to a typical Sunday breakfast as it is a bit expensive. Parking at the Mashpee Common was easy. Service was very good. The restaurant was about 2 weeks away from a brief (1 -2 week) renovation closing when we visited. I would be curious about what they did. Reservations are highly recommended even for brunch.

“As Close to Culinary Perfection as You Can Get”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2014

Not only the best restaurant in Mashpee, one of the best on the Cape. Excellent and hardy lunches. The chef can make a turkey club into a near religious experience. Best mussels on the Cape. My significant others favorite place, and she knows food. Drinks other than beer are kinda pricey. If your a guy and are in the "doghouse" this is the place to bring your partner. Waitstaff are consistently professional and charming. Five stars!

“Cure those winter Bleus”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 27, 2014

Had an amazing dinner at this lovely French style bistro on Presidents Day. The seafood and fresh fish was absolutely phenominal. I also tried escargot for my first time and this was definitely not a last. Surprisingly although it was offseason for the cape Bleu had a full crowd on a Monday night . Reasonably priced there is a fixed price menu option daily as well as the regular menu.
