“wonderful additon to Longmeadow”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

although this is called Max Burger don,t let this deter you from going. My husband always has burgers and says they are outstanding. I have had many items on the menu, ahi tuna salad, salmon and tuna burgers, portbello mushroom burger and more. Everything is always delicious they sides are varied, eggplant fries, edamame fries, sweet potato firies as well as excellent coleslaw . the patio is perfect for outdoor dining. It is however noisy when eating inside. We eat here at least every 2 weeks for either lunch or dinner

“Very good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 2, 2013

Went with family and we all enjoyed it. Had wings for app, onion rings (awesome), kids and I had burgers, wife grilled cheese. Everything was very good. Youngest had two milkshakes and they tasted home made. Nice beer selection. A bit pricey but we will be back. Parking lot is terrible mind you.... the rows fill up and you have to BACK up down the row to get out. Not the restaurants fault but its a real hazard.

“Good Food!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

This has become one of our "go to" Saturday lunch places. Burgers are great and the fact that they have a choice between an 8 oz. and 5 oz. burger makes me happy as the 8 oz. is just way too big for me.

The menu is fabulous - great place to go with friends after work .. Dine on terrific food then do a little shopping in the plaza!

“Not Good!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2013

Poor food quality, e.g.: avocado on the Cobb salad brown. When I sent it back the mgr. returned with my salad and said, "We gave you a fresh avocado." Shouldn't they have done that the first time around? Who would serve a brown avocado?? Lackluster chicken (not really grilled), small size salad and the dsgs. were all horrible. I ended up with balsamic vinegar only because after three tries, the waitress did not understand I was asking for simply vinegar and oil.
Your competition in the area is now very stiff, Max's Burger. You need a lot of work on your food preparation, freshness and presentation.
Will not go back.
