“Beautiful Getaway in the Berkshires!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2011

My wife and I recently spent several nights at the Seven Hills Inn located in Lenox, MA. What a wonderful gem this place is. The rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated, the staff is cordial and the location is absolutely stunning. We look forward to going back to our next stay there!!

When we arrived everything was ready for us. Pure and simple pleasure.
The owners were there to welcome us and took the time to show us around this historic inn.
What good food, great rooms with very comfortable beds and lots of good times.
We are recommending Seven Hills Inn to our friends.
As they say in the movies "I'll be back"

Room Tip: Try to stay in the main building

People-
At the Seven Hills Inn you will be treated like family, friends or allowed your own space. Dennis and Robin Wong, owner proprietors, have a sixth sense in the ability to recognize exactly how their individual clients wish to be treated. I have been witness to their incredible generosity of spirit along with the ability to remain out of the picture, yet insure your every need is met.
Place-
The Seven Hills Inn has unique spirit both inside the structures and outside. The spirit indoors seems to provide a peace within itself that pemeates all who enter. The more your senses become aware the more you notice the richness of the decor which stirs the imagination in many directions. Outside, depending upon the time of year, stirs the inner spirit into a feeling which enhances whatever mood you are feeling. Whether you are inside or outside, as you appreciate your surroundings you will feel the aliveness of all that surrounds you.
Experiences-
Whatever you desire to experience is provided by a unique environement throughout the Lenox and surrounding area. Whether you seek the beauty of the Berkshires, the backroads and mainstreets all is within your reach. Depending upon the time of year entertainment varies in all directions.

A little dated which i think most of the places in the area are. We stayed in the terrace motel and found the room clean and nice for our needs. It was a bit musty but it had windows that could be opened for fresh air. Breakfast was served at 8:30 and although not five star we had no complaints. One thing that would have made the stay a little more enjoyable would be wi-fi in the rooms. This is not a place for early risers such as myself as there is no coffee before 8:30 and no newspapers. A bit frustrating in the absence of wi-fi. Most places I've been to have coffee ready at 7am and newspapers available. My only other problem with the Seven Hills inn is it's location. Pretty but far from any store (for coffee or food). With that said we had a great time and they did a wonderful job with the wedding. I've never been to the Berkshires before and i'm strugling to find the attraction. NY state was much prettier and less expensive. If I did go back I would probably stay at the Red Lion in Stockbridge about 15 min. away. A little more pricey but lively with its very old bar and fireplaces.Plenty of nice shops and pub like eateries. Walk to everything! If you perfer solitude The Seven Hills Inn is very nice

Room Tip: We stayed at the very end and the water pressure left something to be desired. They had wi-fi in th...

We recently celebrated our wedding at the Seven Hills Inn. From start to finish, Robin and Dennis Wong and their staff did an exceptional job. The space was beautiful, and they were wonderfully professional. Robin personally contacted each of our vendors to make sure they would be there on time and that they had everything they needed, and we didn't have a thing to worry about during our rehearsal dinner (which we held onsite) or during the wedding itself. Although the weather was beautiful, the ground was wet from all the recent storms, and Dennis spent part of his Saturday locating tarps so that the guests would not be in the mud during the outdoor ceremony. And, when we inadvertently forgot the ringbearer's pillow, Robin was there with a substitute in 5 minutes. Our family stayed in the Manor House, and everyone was delighted with the beauty of their rooms and the included breakfasts. It was such a treat to have the Inn to ourselves for the weekend. I would highly recommend the Seven Hills Inn as either a hotel or an event venue.

Room Tip: The Manor House rooms are lovely and more expensive, but our guests who stayed in the Terrace House...

We have been up to the Berkshires for several years but the Seven Hills Inn is by far the best place we have stayed in. We were extremely pleased with the Innkeeper Robin who was there to welcome us and take the time each morning (while we were enjoying a delightful breakfast) to suggest local attractions to visit each day.

The grounds are beautiful and our room was extremely comfortable. The nightly cabaret show Ludwig Live! is not to be missed.

We will definitely return next year!

Room Tip: Whether you stay in the Manor, the Carraige house or the Terrace rooms you will not be disappointed.

We had been looking for an above average place to stay while in Lenox, we tought our searched ended when we found Seven Hills.Unfortunately we booked a two night stay in the Terrace Country Motel instead of the Manor, big mistake! Although I'm not sure the Manor would have been better and twice the price. The photos on their website were misleading. When we arrived I thought we were at the wrong place. The Terrace reminded me of the motor lodges on the roadside in the 60s.The room looked clean, but there was a musty odor. They should tear down the dated facility and invest in building a new motel, as the grounds were beautiful especially in the fall.
