“Excellent food & service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2014

Had the eggplant parm wrap and it is delicious! I strayed away from my usual chicken BLT which is hard to do but very pleased with this wrap. Love the seating upstairs outside as well. Great service too !!

“Coming for almost 30 years...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2014

The Morgan House is back to the top of it's game…this great Lee location has been a favorite over the years…just had a delicious 8 oz burger…just the way I like it…Salad was huge, large glass of wine in the front porch room…enjoy great American Fare in this great American town…Joe's Diner should not be missed as a famous fixture as well as one of Norman Rockwell's famous paintings…The Berkshires rock!

“Good american fare in a comfortable setting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014

Everything we ate was yummy. The waiters helpful and friendly.
Delicious salad with beets and goat cheese. Great Bloody Mary's.
The dinning room traditional and comfortable. Liked the little dog paintings by our our table. We will go back again when in the area.

“Delicious!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2014

After our less-than-pleasant dining experience of the night before at another restaurant, we were casting about for someplace that would have good food - at a good value! We lucked out with the Morgan House. Atmosphere, staff, everything was really perfect. Hubby and I both had dinner salads, mine with chicken, his with salmon. Very yummy! Our daughter had a burger that she couldn't finish, and loved it. Total bill about $65 and we didn't feel ripped off. Morgan House redeemed our faith in restaurants and I highly recommend it - right in downtown Lee.

“Historical Place, Contemporary Fare”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2014

Great food, no, but very good food, yes! There is a great old feel to the place. Of course, it's been around for more than 100 years as an inn with a tavern and a dining room. I prefer the tavern, especially the front small room facing the street. Many famous people, including George Bernard Shaw, dined here.

In the mood for something casual? The lobster roll is one of the very best this side if Maine. It is nothing but fat pieces of lobster meat with no mayo, celery or seasoning to diminish the sweet taste of the lobster. Hand cut crispy, fries and good cole slaw complete the dish.

Morgan also has a half dozen special beers on tap, including some by good local breweries.
