I booked this trip way back in Feb after reading the TripAdvisor reviews. We stayed for one night over a weekend.

Service: We arrived around noon on Sat and Terri quickly found us an available room to check in to. Also brewed a fresh pot of coffee for my boyfriend! Overall they were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was basic - muffins, bagels, donuts with coffee, juice, and tea. A nice way to start the day.

Location: The location could not be better. Just one block from the Main St and another block to the ferries to Martha's Vineyard.

Rooms: The rooms were basic but clean and had all the necessities. As one reviewer mentioned, the bathroom looked like it had just been redone. I was surprised to find a little kitchenette with stove, microwave, and sink. Also pots and dishes. This was great for eating leftovers! We had a bit of an issue with the AC. It wouldn't stay on all night and it blew directly on the bed. I had to constantly get up to make the temp colder so it would turn on, then I would be cold in bed. But then it turned off and I was hot! So I did not sleep well.

Overall this was a great value and a pleasant weekend stay. We would stay again.

Booked this on the back of al the great TA reports and were not disappointed. Very warm welcome form Terri and Al who couldn't be more helpful during our stay.
Great location just off Main Street. Short walk to Ferry and restaurants.
Rooms basic but clean. Kitchen equipment available. Al kindly made us tea/ coffee in the evening when we returned from dinner.
Continental breakfast with plenty of choice.
Woud highly recommend. Would be hard placed to find somewhere nicer and better value in Hyannis.

My Husband and I traveled to Cape Cod for five days to attend our niece's graduation, in June of 2008. I am extremely particular about hotel accommodations and I was very pleased with the SeaCoast Inn. Like most readers, I was cautiously optimistic after reading the reviews online, especially given the unbelievable price. However, the SeaCoast Inn met and exceeded our expectations.

My Father-in-law,who flew in from Austin, TX for the graduation, stopped by our hotel room one night and switched hotels the very next morning.

Our room was extremely spacious and clean. VERY CLEAN.
The Bathroom looked newly renovated, with all white tiles and was again, very clean. The sheets were white and smelled fresh everynight ( we received new sheets daily) Ingrid, who cleaned our room, was pleasant and helpful.

Although the complimentary continental breakfast was perfect before and after our morning bike rides. The kitchenette (complete with the Refrigerator, stove, pots and pans) was a huge bonus and came in handy every day.

Teri and Al were Awesome and it is very clear that they take pride in customer satisfaction. Their Customer service is unmatched

The SeaCoast Inn is one of Cape Cod's best kept secrets and We'll be back again and again.

We stayed at the SeaCoast Inn as part of a planned two-week trip to the States. Our plan was to stay there for four nights to give us a chance to see some of the sights of the Cape. We had to change our plans at the last minute due to family illness arriving a day earlier than planned. As soon as we got there Terri and Al offered us tea or coffee before showing us to our lovely room which was absolutely spotless.

We enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning and more importantly the cuddles with Mitzi and Zoe - the family pets. Unfortunately our planned stay was cut short when we had to return to the UK early, but the kindness shown to us by Terri and Al made it all much easier for us. They really are lovely people and obviously enjoy their roles as "tourist information officers".

The location was perfect - a few minutes walk in one direction to Main Street, and a few minutes in the other direction to the harbour.

We would recommend the SeaCoast Inn to all of our friends and fully intend to return there as soon as we can.

My fiance and I just returned this past weekend from Hyannis (Saturday Nantucket trip) and the Sea Coast Inn. We are already planning on visiting Terry and Al again next year! What a great little, clean, and friendly, inexpensive, and welcoming Inn! We arrived on Friday night, and Terry personally walked us to our room, after we provided her our AAA card and itinerary for the weekend. The room had a King bed, a fully operational kitchenette, clean spacious bath with hand-stenciled borders, and newly tiled floors. There was good light from the outside (two walls of the room led to opposite views of outside), but even more surprising was that there was MORE than ample lighting in the room when the shades blocked the light from outside. Spotlights in the Kitchenette area, another overhead above 2 chairs with matching ottomans, as well as two lamps. The lighting in the bath was just as ample, with one switch for a light, and another for a light and fan. The room had a good-sized flat screen tv, as well as a brand new iron in the box, with a ironing board in an open closet. The Inn site appears to have construction going on, so this already nice property is going to be even better! And, it's very inexpensive with a great location. We walked to the Steamship Authority (about 8 minute walk) to take the ferry to Nantucket (which by the way, Terry took care of our tickets in advance, saving us $5 each on the tickets round trip at a discounted rate). Also, on Friday night, we walked around the corner to Main Street (did a little shopping, noted the JFK Museum) and had a nice casual meal at the British Beer Works. Decent food -- cold beer/ale/lager/stout! In addition to all the friendliness of the Inn, Terry and Al provide a fresh continental breakfast each morning complete with Cereals (Hot and Cold), Fresh Coffee, Muffins, Bagels, Donuts, Croissants, OJ, and more. I can't more highly recommend this Inn. Hopefully, it doesn't get so busy from all the great reviews that one can't get in. We are definitely returning next year, hopefully for more than just 2 nights! By the way, even with current Gas Prices, Terry offered to drive us down to the Ferry on Saturday -- now that's service and sacrifice. We politely turned her down because costs are so high. Sea Coast Inn can't do enough for its customers. EXCELLENT!
